Since last November, we have been weaving fabrics that need a fancy beam. It’s been some years since we started weaving fabrics with small auxiliary beams, but up until now, we haven’t had the chance to use this equipment.
The fabric we are weaving is double woven. The upper layer has very different properties to the lower one, thus to properly weave them, each layer needs its own warp beam.
Our tucking-in automatic machine is already capable to work with either yarn from two different beams, or yarn from two layers in the same beam. Our looms have independent electronic let-off control, therefore, be the warp beam full or empty the yarn tension is always right.
We are very proud that our customer has trusted our abilities and selected us as the company that will manufacture this complicated fabric.
